Downtown West Parking Impact Analysis

The City of Georgetown, Texas has approved a plan to consolidate all City administrative offices and the Municipal Court into a unified campus setting in the “Georgetown West” area of downtown.

The goal
of this Parking Impact Analysis is to zero in on the specific impact that the proposed developments will have on the immediate area surrounding the combined City/Court campuses. For this parking impact analysis, we utilized parking inventory information that was documented during our initial downtown parking study that was completed in July, 2015. We also obtained projected employment information from the City for each of the buildings that are to be renovated; building use and square foot information obtained from Lawrence Group Architects; and detailed employment and activity information obtained from the Municipal Court and the Georgetown Public Library.
